Refund Policy
Our refund and cancellation terms for paid Notes Lelo subscriptions.

1. Subscriptions
Premium access is billed as a subscription through our payment provider, Polar. Your subscription gives you access to premium content for the billing period you paid for.
2. Refund eligibility
- We offer a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied, provided the premium content has not been substantially consumed.
- Refunds are generally not available for renewals once a new billing period has started.
- If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented access, contact us and we will make it right.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@noteslelo.pk from the address linked to your account with your order reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation you keep premium access until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
